Terms of Service

By using FROGS you agree to these terms. FROGS is a free tool provided by the FROGS team in collaboration with Mercy Perinatal.

Appropriate use

FROGS provides statistical estimates to support clinical assessment or to help you keep a record of ultrasound scans. It must not be used as the sole basis for any decision about care. See the Disclaimer for details.

Accounts and access

Signing in requires a Google account and is only needed to save your work. Some features — such as saving to the server or using non-default population datasets — require approval by an administrator, who may grant, decline or withdraw access to keep the service safe and its data trustworthy.

Contributed population data

If you propose population data (for example, a new country's mean birthweights), you confirm the values are accurate to the best of your knowledge and come from the source you reference. Proposals are reviewed before they take effect — once approved, a country becomes a validated option available to other users — and administrators may edit or remove contributed datasets. Contributions are recorded in an audit log.

Availability and changes

FROGS is provided free of charge and "as is". We may change, interrupt or discontinue the service, or update these terms, at any time and without notice. The current version of these terms always applies.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the FROGS team and Mercy Perinatal accept no liability for any loss or damage arising from the use of, or reliance on, this tool.
